-- Stripe Payment Processing without Terminal Setup

Stripe Payment Processing can be enabled for the POS channel without terminal setup as well.

For that you need to:

  • Navigate to Settings -> Channels in the back office.
  • Click the "Edit" button next to the channel.
  • Verify that Stripe Payments is selected as a payment processor on the "Payment" tab.


  • Next, click on the "Configuration" tab.
  • Scroll down to "Allow Credit Card Terminals" and set to "No".
  • Also ensure that "Process Returns Without Terminal" is set to "Yes".
  • Click "Save" to finish.



  • Log in to the POS Channel -> add product/products, select credit card payment method.
  • Enter the card details.
  • Click on Checkout.
  • Follow the general checkout process.





  • Once the checkout process is completed, if you login to your Stripe account, go to Transactions -> Payments tab, you can see the latest transaction processed through POS details.
