Buyer Feedback

When a buyer posts a buyer feedback for the seller on eBay, the feedback message is automatically captured into the Agiliron system as shown below under the "Channels > eBay" tab.

• Click on the Listing Name, then select the "Notifications" tab.
• In the Buyer Feedback section, click on the "Ebay Feedback" link to view the customer feedback.
