At your Magento Go Store Hosted by Magento Go OR Open Source Magento Store Hosted at your Hosting provider

• Login to the Magento WebStore admin panel

• The dashboard will open, go to "System > All Users"

• On the User page, click on Add New User button.

• In the Account Information, fill all the necessary fields and then click on the Save User button.

• Next, to add a new roll, go to "System > User Roles"

---

• The Roles page will open, where you need to click on the Add New Role button.

---

• In the Role information, enter a roll name.
• Then switch to Role Resources and set the Resource Access to All.
• Click on Save Roll.

• Now again Go back to "System > All Users".
• Edit the User that was created above.

• Now, assign the New Role that was created to it.
