Key Metrics

There is a list of standard Key Metrics that are offered, which provide a window into the current health of the business.

The metrics include:

  • Open Tickets - Number of support (HelpDesk) tickets that are not closed
  • New Leads - Number of new customer leads entered into the system in the last 30 days
  • Potentials Won/Lost - Number of customer potentials that turned into customer accounts and ones that were lost in the last 30 days
  • Open Quotes - Number of pending quotes that have not been converted to orders in the last 30 days
  • Receivables - Number of orders that have not been paid by customers in the last 30 days
  • Sales Returns - Number of returned orders from customers in last 7 days
  • Shipments - Number of order shipments fulfilled in last 7 days
  • Sales Orders - Number of sales orders received from all sales channels in last 7 days
