Agiliron-TapMango Integration Usage

Below are the steps for Agiliron and TapMango Integration:


Step 1 – Login to POS

URL: yourcompanyname.agiliron.net
Username: (Agiliron POS username)
Password:(Agiliron POS password)



Step 2 – Select Active Customer

  • Click on the “Loyalty” button next to the Customer Text Box as shown in the screenshot below.

This will bring up the dialog shown in the screenshot below.

  • Please click the “Get Active Customer” button.

  • This will initiate a call to TapMango from the POS
    • to get the Customer Record for the Customer
    • that is currently Active on the TapMango Device
    • associated with the Lane that the POS is logged into

If there is an Active Customer on the TapMango device for that Lane, that is returned and
populated into the POS as shown in the screenshot below.

  • Click the “Loyalty” button next to the Customer Text box to display the Customer Information
    received from TapMango.

A pop-up will appear where along with the Customer Information, you can see Loyalty Credits available.


If no Active Customer is found on the TapMango device for this POS Lane, the system will display
a message accordingly as shown in screenshot below.



Step 3 – Add Products for this Sales Transaction

  • Select the products which you want to add to this Sales Transaction.


Step 4 – Select Payment for the Transaction

  • If customer will use Loyalty Vouchers for this Transaction Payment, click the “Loyalty
    Payment
    ” button from the Payment options.

This will automatically populate the Loyalty Amount available for this Customer into the Payment row for Loyalty Payment as show in the screenshot below.


  • The Cashier must Select the Voucher Code (Click on the that field highlighted in Yellow in
    screenshot below)
    being used by the Customer in the field provided. This must be a Voucher
    Code
    that is assigned and available to this Customer in TapMango (otherwise, the POS will
    provide a message that is not a valid code)
    .

This will bring up the dialog listing the available options to select from for that Customer.

  • Click the “Apply” button for the one to use.

This will then validate the amount for that Voucher and then provide message as shown
below.

The amount in Payment panel will also be updated accordingly along with the Discount Code.



  • If additional $ is necessary to pay for the transaction, the Cashier can add an additional
    payment method (e.g. Credit Card) and then do Checkout.


The POS Receipt will reflect the use of “Loyalty Credit” as shown in screenshot below.


The POS Sales Detail Report will reflect the use of “Loyalty Credit”.


The POS Z-Out/X-Out reports will reflect the use of “Loyalty Credit”.


The POS Order in BackOffice will also reflect the use of “Loyalty Credit”.


TapMango Portal will display the Sale Redemption in the POS Transactions & Customer
Record
as shown below.




Step 5 – If Processing a Return - Create a Return from the Previous Sale.

This will automatically pull up the Loyalty Credit used in the Sale and will return that back to the Customer Record in TapMango when the Return Checkout is completed.



Step 6 – Does the TapMango payment work in Exchange & On Hold & Order Edit workflows?

  • Currently, we do not support loyalty credit on exchange, on hold or edit order section and also return
    without order. We have provided alert for the same that loyalty credit is not allowed on this
    operation.
