Multiple Stock Locations and Inventory Transfer

The Agiliron system supports inventory management by multiple stock locations. Inventory can also be transferred between stock locations (see sections Inventory Management for steps to manage this for different product types).

The Transfer of inventory initiates a business process flow -

• Shipping of inventory "from" the transfer location which creates an entry in the "Shipping" tab
• Once that is completed, an entry is automatically created for "Receiving" of the inventory at the "to" transfer location.
