Create and Manage Users

Users will be created under Settings -> Users, instructions here. Before creating a user, you will want to define a Role for the individual. Roles are assigned to specific Profiles which determine the access an individual has to each module's features.

A Role is essentially a title or label assigned to a user. More information about Roles can be found here.

A Profile allows the owner/admin to decide on the modules that are accessible to a specific role. More information about Profiles and restricting module access to users can be found here.
