Processing an Exchange

The Exchange feature provides a mechanism to designate items being returned and items being added into the same transaction. Partial/full returns along with a replacement/additional purchase are allowed. This simplifies the process into one consolidated step as opposed to multiple steps. The refund, credits, additional payments - all possible scenarios are handled.
