Settings Differences from B2C WebStore
All the capabilities available in B2C WebStores are also included in B2B WebStores, the additional capabilities unique to B2B WebStores are detailed in this section.
- Navigate to Settings > Channels.
- Select B2B Webstore as the channel type and click "New Channel".
- The B2B Channel setup is similar to the B2C setup.
- For the Default PriceBook, use a PriceBook that is the preferred pricing for Business customers.
- Once the channel has been created, click the edit icon to view channel specific settings.

Select Configuration > B2B to view the B2B specifc settings that can be configured. The section displayed below allows for restricting access to the website.

Require Company Name, Tax ID, Reseller ID fields for account creation

If necessary, these fields can be included in the account creation form to verify the authenticity of the company creating the account as well as recording for Tax records purposes. The "Reseller ID" field can also be made optional.

Display Product Stock Information - inventory quantity on hand for each product and in the case of matrix item products the quantities for each SKU.

Display Qty on PO in Stock Information Table - inventory quantity on a purchase order from supplier/vendor for each product and in the case of matrix item products the quantities for each SKU.

Display PO Due Date in Stock Information Table - Due Date for each purchase order from supplier/vendor for each product and in the case of matrix item products the quantities for each SKU is displayed to provide guidance on the arrival date/availability of new inventory.

BULK ADD to cart

Bulk Add To Cart - allows the buyer to add multiple SKUs and quantities to the cart through a single table facilitating quick addition of items to the cart.

Enable One Page Product Selection - quickly add products to the cart (see screenshots below)

Select Products to Display - choose between All Products or Customer Specific Products Only

No. of Products Per Page - change the number of products shown on each page

Enabling One Page Product Selection
- Selecting "Yes" for this field will enable a spreadsheet form on the home page that allows customers to quickly add products to their cart.
- The column headings can be filtered by product name, code, etc to allow for quick search and entry.
- Once "Add to Cart" is selected all of the products will be added to the customer's shopping cart.
Payment Methods

- Offline Credit Card - Information captured to Agiliron for later processing.
- Purchase Order
- When selected, the customer has the option to select Purchase Order as the payment method during checkout. This includes a field in the checkout screen for entry of a PO # by the customer which is then captured into the Payment Method field as well as the Customer No field in the back office Sales Order.
- Authorize.Net - "Authorize" option for later capture through Authorize.net.
- PayPal Website Payments Pro - option for later capture through PayPal Website Payments Pro.
