Shipping & Tracking Information to Order Desk

  • Please see Sections Fulfillment and Bulk Export and Import from Carrier for details on the processing of shipments (fulfillment) for sales orders received from any sales channel including the Order Desk.
  • The Shipping and Tracking information for the Sales Order (Carrier, Shipping Method, Tracking Information, Ship Date) is then automatically sent to the Order Desk when the Sales Order is marked as "Shipped" and this information should be available in customer's account (and the order details in the admin panel "Sales tab > Orders > View Order > Shipments left panel" ) on the Order Desk.
