Shipping & Tracking Information to WebStore
- Please see Sections Fulfillment and Bulk Export and Import from Carrier for details on the processing of shipments (fulfillment) for sales orders received from any sales channel including the B2C WebStore.
- The Shipping and Tracking information for the Sales Order (Carrier, Shipping Method, Tracking Information, Ship Date) is then automatically sent to the WebStore when the Sales Order is marked as "Shipped" and this information should be available in customer's account on the WebStore.
