Product Customizations

This product addition supports the designation of a product as Customizable by the purchasing customer at the point of purchase thru optional add-ons products/services.

  • The specific customization options are specified in the product form and then translated into selections that are available to the customer in the sales channels
  • This could include examples like Add embroidery or Personalization or Logo
  • Customization can be added to any product type by checking the "Customizable" checkbox along with the other product type checkbox
  • Note: This is currently supported only for the WebStore Sales Channel
  • Note: This capability is not currently supported in Direct Sales/eBay/POS channels, only available on WebStore channel
