This product addition supports the designation of a product as Customizable by the purchasing customer at the point of purchase thru optional add-ons products/services.
- The specific customization options are specified in the product form and then translated into selections that are available to the customer in the sales channels.
- This could include examples like Add embroidery or Personalization or Logo
- Customization can be added to any product type by checking the "Customizable" checkbox along with the other product type checkbox.
- Note: This is currently supported only for the WebStore Sales Channel
- Note: This capability is not currently supported in Direct Sales/eBay/POS channels, only available on WebStore channel
