When a buyer or potential buyer asks a question of the seller from eBay, the message is automatically captured into the AGILIRON system as shown below under the "Channels > eBay > Notifications" tab for that listing. It is also captured under the "HelpDesk" tab.
Click on the specific question to provide a response as shown below.
This is how the message will appear in the "Heldesk" Module:
Click edit to review the question. Once you have entered the solution, change the "Status" from "eBay-Unanswered" to "eBay-Answered" and click save. This will post your response directly on eBay in the buyer's account.
