Inventory Tracking Parameters

  • "Qty. in Stock" or "Quantity" shows the number of inventory items currently available in stock.
  • "Qty. on SO" or "Qty. on Order SO" shows the number of inventory items that should be allocated to sales orders already in the system that have not yet been fulfilled (shipped).
  • "Qty. on PO" or "Qty. on Order PO" shows the number of inventory items that have been ordered from the product supplier or vendor but have not been received yet.
