Multiple Product Selection on Orders

The Product Selection Dialog in all modules has been enhanced to allow for multiple products and associated quantity be added at once instead of one by one.

Note: The capability to add products one by one still remains if preferred.

In this example, we'll demonstrate adding multiple products to a Sales Order.

Navigate to the New menu and select New > Sales Order to begin.
Enter the customer account name and order details, then scroll down to the Product Details section of the order.
Select the magnifying glass to open the product selection box.

The product selection box will appear as shown below.

Enter the number of products that need to be added to the order in the Qty column.
Select the page arrows to view more products or use the filter on the Product Name, Product Code, Mfger Part No., etc. columns to search for products.
The view can be expanded to show up to 50 products per page using the Items per page drop-down.
Once all products have been selected, click the "Add" button to add them to the order.
Select the "Close" button to close the product selection box.
The dialog box will persist for you to continue to add more products until you click the "Close" button.

Upon clicking the Close button, all products that have been selected will be added to the order as shown below.

For Matrix products, the same capability is available for the Child SKU Selection.

In the product selection box, click on the matrix parent product name.

On the next screen, select the Matrix Child SKUs to be added to the order and click "Add".
Select "Close" when finished.
