Calendar

  • Go to the "Calendar" link.
  • On this screen, all events scheduled for a particular week are displayed.
  • To view the calendar for certain users, check the appropriate name in the "Select User" checkbox.
  • You can also switch to day, work week, week, month, agenda, or timeline views by clicking on the appropriate button at the top right of the calendar.
  • Note: The system considers tasks separately from events and they are not shown in the calendar.

  • Select the user(s) of choice, and the time frame you wish to view. Activities will be highlighted for each date.

  • Clicking on the event will bring up a detailed view where you can add other related information.

The "Week" view shows a Sunday through Saturday view of the week. Clicking on the arrow button next to "Today" will change the date for viewing activities in the past or future.

The "Month" view shows activities for the selected month. Clicking on the arrow button next to "Today" will change the date for viewing activities in the past or future.

The "Agenda" view shows all events scheduled for the next seven days. Clicking on the arrow button next to "Today" will change the date for viewing activities in the past or future.

The "Timeline" view shows the events for the selected day by hour. Clicking on the arrow button next to "Today" will change the date for viewing activities in the past or future.

Another way to change the date is to click on the link next to "Today". This provides a pop-up calendar that allows you to select another date for viewing.
