Retail POS

This chapter covers all aspects related to the Retail POS Sales Channel - one of the sales channels included as part of the Agiliron Solution Suite.

The coverage includes:

• Adding and configuring a POS Sales Channel for a Retail Store
• Adding Sales Associates who will operate the POS
• Completing Customer Transactions using the POS
• Track POS orders thru the Back-Office system

A Retail POS is one of the sales channels provided by the Agiliron system. This channel allows the processing of orders at one or more Retail Stores, Trade shows, Mobile environments or other locations. The Agiliron POS does not impose any limitations on the number of Sales Associates that can login and use the POS or the number of Checkout Lanes or Stations that can be setup for that purpose.
