Order Desk
Agiliron has now added Order Desk as one of the shipping processors. Fulfillment can be handled through Order Desk.
- To set up an Order Desk account, follow the steps as shown in - Order Desk Connection/Adding a New Channel until you receive the API secret and API key.
- Once you receive the API key and secret, in Agiliron's back office, go to Settings -> Shipping Processors.
- Under the Shipping Processor column, click on Order Desk Shipping.
- Enter the API Key and API Secret and click on Test Connection.
The system will try to connect with the Order Desk and confirm the connection or provide feedback regarding the problem.
- If the API credentials are correct, you'll get a message saying, "Order Desk Connection was Successful".
- Click on OK.
- Click Save to complete.
Once this setup is complete, we can process Shipments via the Order Desk.
When you go to Order Desk, the Dashboard on the left, there click on the Setting icon right next to the FOLDERS option. This will reveal a new window as below. Click on the Add Folder button.
- Create a new folder named Shipping Agiliron (the folder name is case-sensitive - Copy and paste from here).
