Events that Trigger Inventory Synchronization
- Customer Orders from any sales channel (WebStores, POS, eBay) automatically pulls inventory (decrements) available for sale on all channels (that a product has been placed for sale in)
- eBay Listings provide an option to Lock Inventory (committing inventory for sale on eBay) which also results in associated inventory being pulled from other channels
- Any manual inventory adjustments made (due to audit or shrinkage or other reasons) also automatically adjusts inventory in the channels to reflect the new inventory levels
