Buying Product from Amazon

If you wish to buy any product from the list on Amazon, simply click on the Buy from Supplier button

Address information pop-up form will appear.

• Enter the all the details and click on Buy from Supplier.

This will redirect to the Amazon where you can follow the usual buying process.

• You can also add any additional product from the list or increase quantity.
• After adding to cart, proceed to checkout.

However, you cannot directly shop on Amazon. The order will be first sent to Agiliron for approval.

• Click on Submit Order for Approval button.

A purchase Order will be created for that particular order on Agiliron.

Now when you go to that purchase order's detail page, the status appears as Created.

• Click on Transmit to Amazon Business button.

Note - This Purchase Order is related to Amazon Business and hence it cannot be edited manually.

Clicking on the button mentioned above, sends the message to Amazon that the shopping cart products have been approved by Agiliron.

Once the order is approved from Amazon side and shipment has been made:

• You can notice the button has now changed from Transmit to Amazon Business to Order approved by Amazon.
• The Status of the PO also gets updated
• In the Line Items section you can see Notes showing shipment details
